“Chris is a great host and very helpful, reachable and flexible to accommodating request for early /late check-out. The place has beautiful, serene set up for group /family to enjoy, well thought amenities, outdoor space and well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances, spices, oil, ziploc etc. whatever you need, it’s there !!! One of the best rental, hands down to make you feel at home. Best part, if you like change of scenery, Sequoia and Kings Canyon are close by.”

“What a DREAM! A gorgeous place full of zen, art, and nature. We stayed with family ranging from toddler to the elderly and everyone was happy. Super family friendly, dog friendly. Has everything you need and more. Like all the reviews say, the only bad thing to say is that we couldn’t stay longer. Definitely recommend bringing up your own groceries if intending to cook. Chris was top notch!”

“This is one of those places where you find out they have everything you need. When you're packing you think "surely they won't have a salad spinner". They do. "Should we bring the olive oil to cook?" Don't worry, they have it. We found ourselves saying this a lot, "they have it!". The location is beautiful, the river access is wonderful, the sand area where the kids can play games is perfect, and that all comes after the very satisfying and calming interior. Also, the beds - we all had great sleep in those beds while listening to the river roaring. Chris was active, helpful and kind. We couldn't ask for more from a host.”

“As other reviewers write, this is an extraordinary property. The site--on a rushing river, with a beach, gardens, various sitting areas, tables, a fountain, bells and chimes--is heavenly. The house is comfortable, fully equipped, beautifully thought out, and full of interesting books, good games, comfortable chairs, and a very large, high quality, up-to-date TV. There is everything you need in the kitchen to make and serve full meals. It's very close to the entrance to Sequoia, although you may be too comfortable here to want to go anywhere. Excellent communications and hosting. When we arrived on a chilly, winter night, the house was warm, lit up, and welcoming.”

“Wow wow WOW!”
“Wow wow WOW! The first words that come to mind when I think of Sequoia Falls. When we arrived I was filled with so much excitement that I felt like a kid again. Burnt out from my day to day, I was ready to get some much needed R&R and this place was the best medicine for that. The river was right in the backyard, providing a constant streaming sound. Inside was so clean and comfortable, we got cozy immediately. My pups LOVED the yard and the beachfront area to the river. All the well thought out decor pieces inside and out of the house deserve five stars in itself. I appreciated ALL the details and love that Chris has put into this place- I'm just grateful he shares this incredible place. It's worth the splurge for a memorable experience with the family, and I hope to be able to visit again soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Sequoia Falls is a gem. The property, right on the river, is magical. There are multiple areas to gather inside and outdoors, as well as peaceful corners to catch a catnap or just listen to the sound of the river and wind chimes. So much care and thought has been put into preparing this property for guests; the difference is in the small details. SF is steps from Sequoia National Park, which we visited, but Three Rivers is a sweet escape in itself. This is easily the best house we have stayed in and will go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful week!”

“The most amazing place! I want to live in this house. Perfect for a family gathering. It is even better than the pictures. We were there for 3 nights. Next time we’d stay longer.”

“From booking the property with Chris and how much effort he put into welcoming us for my mom's 75th birthday, to the moment you walk across the wooden path to the house under an oak limb, everything is perfect! The house and property is so inviting. The rooms are so well-appointed, the kitchen has everything we could possibly need. Chris has thought of everything and the house feels like a home. We explored the property even more than nearby Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Sitting outside by the fire and listening to the Kaweah River flow by were our favorite highlight. To sum it up, my mom walked around saying "I'm looking for something I don't like about this house." She always does find something - except with Sequoia Falls. The only thing she could say was it wasn't ours. And we all had to agree! We hope to return someday to this amazing home. I can easily say it's by far the nicest place we've ever stayed.”

“This was my favorite house we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect - quiet, private, stunning river view, and so close to many outdoor activities. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked. Everyone in our 6-person group raved about the beds and how well they slept. The decor is incredible - comfortable, stylish, functional - and there are so many seating areas, indoor and out (someone really loves interesting chairs!). My favorite part of the whole stay was sitting near the gas fire pit on the deck in the early mornings, with a throw blanket and a coffee, watching the sun come up and listening to the sound of the river. Cooling off in the water in the afternoon was also a fun treat, and one morning we were lucky enough to see a bear walking along the riverbank in front of the house. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. Overall an incredible stay that left a lasting impression on us all.”

“Truly it was perfect”
“Went beyond my expectations. Really well thought out home and amenities, beautiful inside and out, the river right out back was so beautiful. Our two dogs LOVED it as well! My football loving family also appreciated the large TV in the living room. Sequoia is so close, lots of places to hike nearby too, convenient grocery and places to eat l nearby. Grill worked out great for meals at the house. Extremely informative and friendly host, and the birthday strawberries for my mom’s 60th was an extra unexpected touch. Truly it was perfect - thank you so much!”

“All I can say is WOW! We have stayed in many Airbnbs, and this home was beyond our expectations! It was a peaceful respite after hiking in the Sequoias, and it was only 4 miles from the entrance to the park. The home was well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. Our favorite gathering spot was the large deck overlooking the river! Chris was an exceptional host—he was very responsive and welcoming. If you are traveling to Sequoia National Park, I highly recommend his beautiful home.”

My family had an amazing stay at this home. The house and grounds are beautiful with a running river outside that created a very peaceful environment. The house is very comfortable and the decorating was great. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook at the house. Everything was clean and just as pictured in the photos. It was very hot outside when we went in September. But the house was always a cool and pleasant temperature. This is a very relaxing property we could not have asked for more. Being close the the Sequoia National Park was great too. Chris is an amazing host. He answered any questions I had in a very timely manner.
